1 · What we collect, and why

Purchase records: your email (as reported by the payment provider), order contents, transaction ids, and license grants — kept because they are the proof of what you own and the basis of support, refunds, and revocation. Money amounts are recorded on an append-only audit ledger for integrity.

Signal list: an email you opt into for launch/update announcements. One-click removal; unsubscribing never affects your licenses.

Support correspondence: what you send us, kept to honor the SLA and track defect history.

We do NOT collect: card details (Tebex processes payment as merchant of record), gameplay data from your server, or behavioral advertising profiles.

2 · Cookies and local storage

The site uses no advertising or analytics cookies. Your cart is stored in your own browser's local storage (key: vf_cart_v1) and never leaves your device until checkout. Error monitoring (Sentry) may process technical data (IP, user agent, stack traces) when an error occurs, for debugging only.

3 · Processors we rely on

Tebex Limited — checkout, payment, taxes (merchant of record; their privacy policy applies to payment data). Cfx.re — escrow license delivery bound to your Cfx account. Vercel — site hosting. Neon — database hosting for the order/license ledger. Sentry — error monitoring. Each processes data under its own terms; we share only what each function requires.

4 · Retention

Order, grant, and audit records are retained for as long as licenses may need proving and as required for tax/legal compliance — the audit ledger is append-only by design. Signal-list emails are deleted on unsubscribe. Support threads are retained while relevant to your licenses.

5 · Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA, and similar), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to or restrict certain processing. Email SET-BEFORE-LAUNCH@viceforge.invalid; we verify requests against the purchase email. Note: we may retain transaction records required for legal, tax, or license-integrity purposes even after a deletion request — we will tell you exactly what remains and why.

6 · Changes and contact
