The Realty Empire Stack is the premium property economy for a Vice Drip city — six systems that share one record and one recap rail, with ClosingTable as the capstone that makes them a living economy.
Realty is the strongest single justification for the full stack because it exercises all of it per deal: CleanTitle holds the title, MoneyTrail carries the receipts, MainStreet gets its storefronts, CityPulse gets its best civic moments, and Watchtower gets a clean dispute surface.
Status honesty: runtime proof across the stack is 0% — no live-server session has run any member. Every member's status is labeled below exactly as the product truth model records it. No final price is set — pricing reads [price-pending] until the studio's lock. Nothing here is on sale, and the setup services are not yet offered.

Storefronts, offices, and venues get an address, so map geometry becomes social geography. First-class commercial categories are future work that gates on MainStreet maturing.
