Installing a FiveM resource is start order, dependencies, and a database — in that order. The Install Concierge is a deterministic, doc-grounded assistant that reads your actual error and gives you the exact next step, with a clean hand-off to a human whenever the case is unclear or environment-specific. It never invents a command and never claims your server is working when it hasn't been proven.
Escalation is a feature, not a failure.

Every diagnosis ends with a human hand-off. Low confidence, anything touching money, licensing, or an escrowed core, or a repeat failure routes to a person automatically.
Nothing leaks
Passwords, license keys, and tokens are stripped server-side before anything is diagnosed, displayed, or stored. A ticket carries a redacted, structured summary — never a secret.
Grounded, or it says so
Answers cite the docs they come from. When the docs don't support an answer, the Concierge says it doesn't know and escalates, rather than guessing.
