Terms of Service

1 · Who we are, and what these terms cover

This site is operated by New Origins Studio ("we", "us"), selling FiveM server resources under the Vice Drip brand. These Terms govern your use of the site and your purchases, together with the License Terms, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated by reference. By using the site or completing a purchase you accept them.

If you are purchasing for a community or organization, you confirm you have authority to bind it. You must be of legal age to form a contract in your jurisdiction, or have a parent or guardian's consent.

2 · Payments are processed by Tebex (merchant of record)

Checkout, payment processing, taxes/VAT, and payment receipts are handled by Tebex Limited as merchant of record. Your payment is subject to Tebex's own checkout terms in addition to ours. We never receive or store your card details. License delivery for escrowed assets occurs through the Cfx.re keymaster system attached to your Cfx account.

3 · Products, pricing, and availability

Products are digital goods for FiveM servers. Prices shown at the moment of purchase apply. Prices labeled Launch, Intro, Planned, or otherwise marked as pre-release pricing may change before general availability; an "Intro" price applies only during its stated launch window. Products marked Launching Soon, Next Drop, In Active Development, or Preview are not offered for sale until released. We may correct listing errors; if a price error affects an order you placed, we (via Tebex) will offer the correct price or a full refund.

Performance and compatibility statements on product pages follow our measured-claims policy: values are either measured (with date and method) or explicitly labeled [MEASURED-PENDING]. Statements labeled pending, planned, or provisional are informational and not a promised feature or result.

4 · Acceptable use

You may not: resell, redistribute, sublicense, or leak any product; circumvent or attempt to defeat asset escrow or licensing; use products for anything unlawful; or misrepresent our products as your own work. Violations terminate your license (see License Terms) and may result in refusal of future service.

5 · Support and SLA

Our published support targets (first response under 24 hours; severity-1 hotfix under 12 hours; free updates within a major version) are service commitments we hold ourselves to. Your exclusive remedies for a support or product failure are those in the Refund Policy and License Terms; SLA statements do not create liability beyond them.

6 · Disclaimer of warranties

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED IN THESE TERMS OR REQUIRED BY LAW, PRODUCTS AND THE SITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT PRODUCTS WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT THEY WILL REMAIN COMPATIBLE WITH FUTURE VERSIONS OF FIVEM, SERVER ARTIFACTS, FRAMEWORKS, OR ANY THIRD-PARTY RESOURCE.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that applicable consumer law grants you and that cannot be limited by contract.

7 · Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO A PRODUCT OR THE SITE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, SERVER DOWNTIME, OR LOSS OF COMMUNITY GOODWILL.

You are responsible for your server, including backups, configuration, moderation, and compliance with the FiveM/Cfx.re terms and Rockstar's applicable policies.

8 · Third-party platforms and trademarks

Vice Drip is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, or Cfx.re. Grand Theft Auto, GTA, and related marks are trademarks of Take-Two Interactive. FiveM and Cfx.re marks belong to their respective owners. References are nominative — they describe compatibility only.

Our products depend on third-party platforms (FiveM, Cfx.re services, Tebex). We are not responsible for their availability or changes to their terms, though our Refund Policy governs what happens if delivery fails.

9 · Changes, governing law, contact
