Enter the email address you bought with and we will send a fresh link to your licences. There are no passwords and no account to remember — the link is the key.
Requesting a new link immediately kills the old one, so only the most recent email will open. That is deliberate: it means a link that leaks out of an old inbox stops being useful the moment you ask for another.
Licence links are issued by the store, and the store isn't open yet.
Bought something and need your link again? Email support@vicedrip.com from the address you bought with.
Nothing arriving? Check spam first. If it still doesn’t appear, the address may not be the one the payment was made with — payment providers report the address on the account that paid, which is not always the one you expect. Reply to your original order email and we will match it up.
