Not for sale yet

This is an honest preview of a product in development. There is no buy button because there is nothing built to buy. Take the launch signal and we'll email you once — when it ships, measured and manifested.

What it will be

LifeLine EMS is a planned FiveM EMS script for medical roleplay, patient reporting, treatment workflows, and emergency response records. It is intended for servers that want EMS to create RP value beyond basic revive mechanics. It is in development and not yet purchasable — this page previews the design and takes a launch signal, nothing more.

The problem it exists to solve

EMS is where roleplay goes to wait. The medic arrives, presses a key, and the patient stands up — a scene that should be the emotional peak of a shootout instead resolves in four seconds with no decisions in it. The failure isn't realism; it's that nothing interesting is asked of anybody in the room.

Why we're building it

We think the death-and-injury loop is the highest-leverage untouched system in GTA RP, because it's the one every violent scene ends in and almost nobody designs. We are not shipping it until we can make the medic's job a job. Until then we'd rather say so than sell an ambulance skin.

What it's designed to do

  • Designed so that treatment involves decisions, not a single key press.
  • Designed to make injuries persist in a way players plan around instead of forget.
  • Designed to give the medic something to be good at — a role with skill expression, not a respawn button with a uniform.
  • Designed to run server-authoritative, because health state is the most abused surface in FiveM.

What we have not proven

It is not built. Nothing above has been implemented.
No resmon figure — [MEASURED-PENDING].
$29.99 is a planned target price, not a commitment.
There is no release date.

How to judge any product in this category — ours included

  • Ask what the medic actually does. If treatment is one key, you're buying a respawn timer.
  • Ask whether injury state is server-authoritative. Client-trusted health is how a player heals themselves mid-fight.
  • Ask what happens on a server restart mid-treatment — an EMS system that loses state on restart loses it during exactly the incidents that matter.
  • Our July 2026 survey recorded two EMS prices, $19.99 and $49.99 — a thin sample and a wide spread, which mostly tells you the category has no settled definition of what it includes.

Frequently asked

Is LifeLine EMS available?

No. It is in active development, has no release date, and no measured performance figures. It is not purchasable and this page cannot take money.

What makes a FiveM EMS script good?

Whether the medic has decisions to make and whether injuries change how players behave afterward. A treatment flow that resolves in one key press produces no roleplay, regardless of how detailed its injury list is.

Why does EMS need to be server-authoritative?

Health and injury state are among the most abused surfaces in FiveM. If a client can assert its own health, it can heal itself mid-fight, and the entire injury system becomes advisory.
