Not for sale yet

This is an honest preview of a product in development. There is no buy button because there is nothing built to buy. Take the launch signal and we'll email you once — when it ships, measured and manifested.

What it will be

CleanTitle Housing is a planned FiveM housing and property script for servers that need ownership records, access control, transfers, and clean property history. It is designed to make property provable — who owns it, who can enter it, and what the sale left behind. It is in development and not yet purchasable.

The problem it exists to solve

Property is the most valuable thing a player owns and usually the least documented. Ownership lives in one table, keys in another, and the sale that transferred it lives nowhere at all — so a dispute about who owns a house is unanswerable, and an admin ends up adjudicating from memory.

Why we're building it

Ownership only means something if it's provable. We're building housing the way we built the money engine: a record you can reconcile, where a transfer leaves a trail and a restart doesn't quietly change who lives where.

What it's designed to do

  • Designed so ownership and transfer produce a record, not just a state change.
  • Designed to survive restarts without drift — the same discipline as the banking ledger.
  • Designed so keys, access and ownership are one coherent story rather than three tables that disagree.

What we have not proven

Not built, not purchasable.
No resmon figure — [MEASURED-PENDING].
$39.99–44.99 is a planned band, not a price.
No release date.

How to judge any product in this category — ours included

  • Ask what happens to ownership on a restart mid-transfer. This is the same crash-atomicity question that decides whether a money system is real.
  • Ask whether a sale leaves a record, or only changes a row.
  • Our July 2026 survey recorded one USD housing price, $58.00, plus a €34.99 listing we did not convert. That's an anecdote — verify current prices yourself.

Frequently asked

Can I buy CleanTitle Housing?

No — it's a preview of a product in development. No release date, no measured performance, and no purchase path on this page.

What should a FiveM housing script guarantee?

That ownership is provable and survives a restart. Ask what happens if the server dies mid-transfer — the honest answer separates a housing system from a table with a key in it.
