The plumbing that makes a city feel professional.

Foundation resources, in short

Foundation resources are the shared layer everything else on your server depends on: the framework bridge and the announcement system. Ours are free and fully unescrowed, so you can read every line before you trust it with your city.

ForgeCore

One bridge, three frameworks, every line readable.

The framework bridge every Vice Drip resource talks through. ForgeCore resolves Qbox (native, on ox_lib), QBCore, and ESX Legacy at start-up, so nothing above it calls qbx_core, qb-core, or es_extended directly and a framework change stays a config decision. Built for owners who want to audit the layer under their economy before trusting it. Free, 100% open, no escrowed files. Staged for release; no runtime proof published — pending Shadow bench.

CityPulse

Citywide alerts and Discord recaps from one committed record.

A permission-gated broadcast layer for owners who want a sale, a turf flip, or a grand opening to land citywide and in Discord seconds after it happens. Styled announcements with priority levels, schedules, cooldowns, and rate limits; config decides per moment whether a card broadcasts, routes to Discord, or stays muted. It verifies nothing itself — it reports what other resources commit. Qbox, QBCore, and ESX Legacy through ForgeCore. Free, 100% open. No runtime proof published — pending Shadow bench.
